PHOENIX (Ticker) -- The Phoenix Suns, who averaged a league-best 110 points this season, hope to continue that torrid pace when they meet the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday in Game Two of their Western Conference playoff series.

After setting an NBA record with 796 3-pointers in the regular season, Phoenix established a franchise playoff mark with 15 in the 114-103 triumph over the Grizzlies in the series opener on Sunday.

Shawn Marion, who scored a playoff career-high 26 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, sprained his right wrist in the third quarter on a hard foul by Shane Battier. He is expected to play Wednesday.

Quentin Richardson scored 22 points in his playoff debut, Joe Johnson and Steven Hunter added 16 each and Steve Nash collected 11 and 13 assists for the Suns, who are 17-3 at home against the Grizzlies.

After giving up 39 first-quarter points, Memphis played Phoenix even for the next three periods, with each team scoring 75. The Grizzlies held Amare Stoudemire, the league's fifth-leading scorer, to nine points in his playoff debut.

Mike Miller scored 16 of his 19 points in the second half, Jason Williams added 17 and Pau Gasol 16 for the Grizzlies, who set postseason franchise marks for points and points allowed.

Coach Mike Fratello, who guided Memphis to a 40-26 mark after taking over for Hubie Brown, is in his 10th playoff season - fifth-highest total among active coaches - and is 20-35 postseason play.

The series shifts to Memphis for Game Three on Friday.
