CLEVELAND, Feb. 12 (Ticker) -- Andre Miller posted a triple-double and Lamond Murray added 19 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers downed the Vince Carter-less Toronto Raptors for the first time in nearly three years, 99-81.

Miller collected 22 points, 17 assists and 10 rebounds and Ricky Davis had 18 points as the Cavaliers ended a 10-game losing streak against Toronto, which placed its All-Star forward on the injured list Tuesday with a strained left quadricep.

Cleveland last beat the Raptors on April 16, 1999.

The Cavs outscored Toronto, 31-16, in the second quarter en route to a 54-41 halftime lead. Murray scored five points in an 8-0 spurt that put Cleveland ahead for good, including a 3-pointer that capped the run with 4:04 left for a 43-35 advantage.

Keon Clark scored 18 points and Morris Peterson added 17 for the Raptors.
