Larry Hughes scored 20 points and Antawn Jamison added 19 as the Warriors snapped their season-high seven-game losing streak with their most lopsided victory of the season, 117-88 over the struggling Cavaliers.
Both teams came in with seven straight losses, matching the longest current slide in the NBA, but Golden State looked like title contenders against hapless Cleveland.
The Warriors eclipsed their highest total of the season by seven and scored their most points in a regulation game since February 18, 2000, when they scored 122 against Boston.

Golden State avenged a 15-point loss in Cleveland on January 2 and won for the first time since their stunning 101-90 upset of the Los Angeles Lakers on December 26.
"We remember what happened in Cleveland," Jamison said. "We remember getting blown out. We took it personally. We definitely wanted to get out and make a quick start and take advantage."
Cleveland had a 13-12 lead with 5:56 left in the first quarter before Golden State reeled off 10 straight points to take control.
Erick Dampier's basket with 5:18 left gave the Warriors the lead for good and Hughes followed with a pair of free throws. Jamison converted a pair of layups around a jumper by Hughes to give Golden State a 22-13 advantage.
The Warriors had 29-19 edge after the first quarter and put it away with a 13-3 run in the second. They had a 39-31 lead with 4:55 left in the first half, but Hughes made a dunk to spark the run and Jamison capped it with a 3-pointer at two minutes to make it 52-34.
Cleveland never got closer than 11 thereafter and Golden State had its largest lead, 115-83, with 1:51 remaining.
Rookie Jason Richardson and Chris Mills scored 15 points apiece for the Warriors, who had a 49-38 rebounding edge and scored 58 points in the paint.
"We got really good production out of everyone and I think it was a really good team effort," Winters said. "It was an overall good team game."
Adonal Foyle scored a season-high 14 points and Bobby Sura added nine and a season-high 11 assists as the Warriors defeated the Cavs for just the second time in 19 meetings.
Chris Mihm had 20 points and 10 rebounds and Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored 17 points off the bench for Cleveland, which has lost a season-high eight straight overall and eight in a row on the road.
The Cavaliers fell to 0-5 on a six-game western road trip.
"I was looking for anyone who scould score tonight," Cavs coach John Lucas said. "It has been a long trip and we need to get home and get some rest. They were the aggressive team and just took it to us."
"There wasn't any fatigue coming in coming in," Ilgauskas said. "It has been a tough West Coast trip but we aren't looking for any excuses. We haven't been able to put together an overall team effort where everyone is on the same night."
Lamond Murray, who scored a season-high 40 points against the Warriors at Gund Arena, was held to five on 2-of-6 shooting in 21 minutes.
"It was our defense," Jamison said. "Last game, he was coming off screens without getting bumped. Tonight we wanted to make him put it on the ground. The difference is that he wasn't getting the open looks that he was getting in the first game."
