PORTLAND, Ore. (Ticker) -- Bonzi Wells scored 18 points to lead six players in double figures as the Portland Trail Blazers blew out the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second time in a week, 96-64.

On Monday, the Trail Blazers rolled to a 98-72 rout in Cleveland. In this one, Portland went on a 19-0 charge early in the third quarter to put away the contest and extend Cleveland's longest losing streak of the season to six games.

After Wesley Person hit a 3-pointer to cut the Cavs' six-point halftime deficit to 45-41 with 10:07 to go in the third quarter, the Blazers started their run. Scottie Pippen ended it with a basket for a 64-41 lead with 4:56 left.

Portland took a 73-47 lead into the final period after yielding just 11 points in the third quarter, Cleveland's lowest total in any period this season.

Pippen added 13 points and Damon Stoudamire chipped in 12 and 11 assists for Portland, which rested its starters in the fourth quarter yet extended its lead to 93-53 on a free throw by former Cav Shawn Kemp with 3:19 left.

Rasheed Wallace had 11 points and 11 rebounds for Portland, which outrebounded Cleveland, 57-29.

Lamond Murray led the Cavs with 16 points. No other player reached double figures for Cleveland, which shot just 35 percent (25-of-72) and was just 1-of-7 from the arc.

Portland made 7-of-10 3-pointers and shot 44 percent overall (35-of-79) en route to its most lopsided victory of the season.
