Alonzo Mourning on the defensive adjustments the Heat need to make:

"It's obvious, especially with the hour and a half of tape we just watched. The adjustments we have to make are to handle the offensive schemes better. Situations where we might switch when we were getting caught on certain plays, on some of their down screens. There's a lack of communications at times. Defensive adjustments will help us make a difference of six to 10 points per game. You could see it on tape -- these are simple things that we've adjusted to against other teams that we're not doing against the Mavericks. It's kind of baffling to us that we'll make the adjustments that we had to against New Jersey, a great perimeter offensive team. We have to get back to that in order us to be successful against this team."
