Horry Answers E-Mail
Robert Horry is THE MAN after hitting clutch shots for the Lakers at the end of Game 3 and has since been mobbed by the media at the last two practices. Still, he didn't abandon his NBA.commentator duties and answered a selection of fan e-mail.

I am a big Laker fan and I have always loved your play since Houston. I was just wondering how it felt to re-live those days in Houston during the final minutes of Game 3 versus Philadelphia. What was going through your mind during the big three? Good luck in the rest of the series. GO LAKERS!

Horry: I saw it developing where I think it was Kobe who had the ball, he threw it to B[rian] Shaw, B. Shaw threw it to me. That's a rhythm shot for me, something we practice all the time. I said, "Hey, I get my feet set, I'm shooting this." They got a small line-up. I know other guys can go to the boards, get the rebound. I said, "Hey, release it. If it's good, it's good. If not, get back on D."

Hey man, just wondering what your thoughts are on facing Philly two more games at Philly?
Scottie
Hobart, Australia

Horry: It's very important because when you're up 2-1, you go into the next game with the other team thinking 'We've got to win this and tie it up.' Because if you go down, you'll be down 3-1 and your chances of winning three in a row versus our chances of winning one are tougher. There are a lot of mind tricks that go on and hopefully they'll come out thinking about it in the next two games.

How important is it to win at least two games in Philly and take the home-court advantage back?
Darin
Kansas City, Mo.

Horry: It is very important because I think every guy in there is comfortable going home and playing on the home court. So if we do happen to lose Game 4, I don't think anyone would get scared by us not being able to pull this thing out.

Hey Robert, are you planning to stay with the Lakers after your contract expires? Please answer my question. Thanks.
Ronald
Oxnard, Calif.

Horry: I don't know right now. It's either stay on this team where I'm going to be in this situation or go to another team where you have to fight and struggle to be in this situation. Anytime you win, you're going to be happier than normal. That's one of the situations that adds to me wanting to stay here in L.A. You've got the two best players in the league here -- it's hard to come by that.
