It is fairly easy to determine which city has the best NBA team at any given point during the season. Look at the standings. However, it is a much more challenging task to determine which NBA team has the most dedicated and passionate fans. We're not referring to the casual fans who catch a few games per year when their team is playing well, but the die-hard fans who cheer their squad on through the doldrums of a last-place season and rejoice like it is their wedding night when their team wins the big one.
