Senior (2009-10): Named First Team USBWA All-District. Contributed 14.5 points and a team-best 7.6 rebounds. Recorded double-figures for the 34th-consecutive game with 14 points against Louisville to go with 13 boards. Recorded 15 points and 13 boards vs. West Virginia. Had 14 points and 11 boards at Louisville. Scored 17 points and grabbed 12 boards against Texas. Scored a team-high 19 points against Pittsburgh. Named to Big East Honor Roll for third-straight week on Jan. 4. Scored 22 points, making three three’s in consecutive games at Cincinnati and vs. Notre Dame. Recorded 29 points against Iona. Had 10 points and nine boards against Kentucky in Big East/SEC Invitational. Scored 18 points and grabbed 12 boards vs. Harvard.
Junior (2008-09): Re-joined the squad on December 14 after missing the first semester on a personal leave of absence. Averaged 14.8 points and 8.4 rebounds in NCAA Tournament. Had 15 points and 13 rebounds in NCAA Final Four contest vs. Michigan State. Tallied 10 points and 11 boards in Sweet 16 win over Purdue. Had 24 points in First Round win over Chattanooga. Recorded 28 points and 14 rebounds in Big East quarterfinal loss to Syracuse. Had a season-best 19 points and added 10 rebounds in win at Marquette. Grabbed 15 rebounds in win at West Virginia, adding seven points, four assists and three blocked shots.
Sophomore (2007-08): Poured in 32 points vs. Maine. Recorded 18 double-figure scoring efforts and five double-doubles. Saw action in all 33 games, starting 32. Had 18 points, including three three-pointers, in regular season finale vs. Cincinnati. Recorded 16 points and eight assists against Providence. Tallied 18 points and 13 rebounds vs. Rutgers. Posted 15 points, nine rebounds and three assists against Villanova. Posted career highs in rebounds (13) and blocks (six) against Buffalo.
Freshman (2006-07): Appeared in all 31 games with 13 starts. Averaged 5.1 points and 4.4 rebounds in 17.2 minutes. Recorded season-high 21 points and grabbed nine boards vs. Indiana. Grabbed 13 boards to go with nine points vs. Providence. Had first career double-double with 13 points and 12 boards in win over St. John’s.
Strengths: An explosive athlete with tremendous bounce. Runs the floor like a guard and can finish with authority at the rim. Has improved his shooting range and has been more committed as a rebounder.
Personal: Averaged 8.3 points and 5.3 rebounds as a member of U.S. Men’s U18 National Team that won gold in the 2006 FIBA Americas U18 Championship in San Antonio. Son of Rosa Robinson. Has two sisters, Erika and April.
