Career Highlights: Spent 2004-06 playing for Serbian outfit Avala Ada Beograd.  Moved to Spanish ACB team Akasvayu Girona in 2006-07. Was loaned by Girona to the Koeln 99ers in Germany’s Bundesliga the following season. Returned to Serbia in 2008-09 with KK Crvena Zvezda Beograd and has been playing there ever since. Has experience playing for the Serbia and at the youth, junior and senior national team levels in international competition.

  

2009-10: In 19 Adriatic League games for KK Crvena Zvezda Beograd, averaged 10.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 21.9 minutes per game in 19 contests. Tallied 19 points in 20 minutes vs. Bosna ASA BH Telecom Sarajevo. Registered 18 points in 23 minutes vs. Helios. Posted 18 points and four rebounds vs. Cedevita and 18 points vs. Cibona. In six Serbian Superleague games, averaged 10.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 26.5 minutes per contest. Totaled 24 points on 6-of-10 shooting vs. Metalac. In ULEB Eurocup competition, averaged 9.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 22.1 minutes over 11 appearances. Recorded 18 points at Benetton Basket.

  

2008-09: In his first season with KK Crvena Zvezda Beograd, averaged 7.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 20.5 minutes per outing over 24 games. Netted 23 points on 7-of-8 shooting along with eight rebounds and four steals at Zagreb. Totaled 19 points and three assists in 27 minutes vs. Zagreb later in the season.  In 12 Serbian Superleague games, averaged 6.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 0.8 steals. In the ULEB’s Eurocup, averaged 7.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 21.5 minutes over 11 games. Notched 20 points on 7-of-9 shooting along with five rebounds and three steals at PGE Turow. Totaled 14 points vs. Spirou Basket. In two FIBA EuroChallenge contests, averaged 5.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in 14.5 minutes.

  

2007-08: Competing for Koeln 99ers in the German Bundesliga on loan from Spanish club Akasvayu Girona, averaged 9.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 31 contests. Shot 46.0 percent from three-point range. Top performances included: 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting vs. Walter Tigers Tubingen; 18 points and five rebounds at EWE Baskets Oldenburg; 17 points and five rebounds vs. Science City Jena; and 16 points and five rebounds vs. ratiopharm Ulm. In ULEB Cup play, averaged 6.8 points and 2.8 rebounds in 18.4 minutes in 10 games. Totaled 20 points in 25 minutes vs. Ovarense Aerosoles. Posted 13 points and five rebounds vs. Khimki. Represented Serbia at the 2008 U-20 European Championship and averaged 14.5 points, 3.4 points rebounds and 2.1 assists.

  

2006-07: As a member of Akasvayu Girona in the Spanish ACB, averaged 2.4 points and 1.3 minutes in 5.6 minutes per outing over eight games teaming with future Memphis Grizzlies center Marc Gasol. Registered nine points in 13 minutes vs. Vivemenorca. Tallied five points and four rebounds in just three minutes vs. Gran Canaria Dunas. In eight FIBA Eurocup games, averaged 2.3 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 8.6 minutes. Represented Serbia at the 2007 FIBA U-19 World Championship, helping his squad take first-place as he averaged 6.7 points and 1.8 rebounds.

  

2005-06: Played for KK Avala Ada Beograd. Averaged 13.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.7 steals over 19 games in the Serbian Superleague.  Loaned in April to OKK Beograd of that same league.

  

2004-05: Competed for KK Avala Ada Beograd in the Serbian B Superleague. In international play, averaged 8.2 points and 2.5 rebounds for Serbia & Montenegro at the 2004 U-16 European Championship.

 

Strengths: Tremendous outside shooter. Can get off perimeter looks over the top of the defense at 6-9.

 

Personal: Selected to participate at the NBA’s Basketball without Borders Europe in 2005 along with future Sacramento Kings forward Omri Casspi and Knicks forward Danilo Gallinari.
