Career Highlights: Named to the All-Conference USA First Team as a sophomore. Earned Conference USA Newcomer of the Year Award as a sophomore. Named Conference USA Rookie of the Week four times and Conference USA Player of the Week one time as a sophomore.
Sophomore (2009-10): Led team in scoring (17.9 ppg) while ranking second in assists (3.8 apg) and free-throw percentage (.758). Played in and started all 34 of the team’s games, scoring in double figures 32 times including 16 games with 20 or more points. Scored 19 or more points in the first eight games of the season. Scored a career-high 33 points on 11-for-19 shooting against Southern Mississippi. Dished out a career-high eight assists three times, against Central Arkansas, Southeast Missouri State and Houston Baptist. Scored 32 points on 9-for-15 shooting against Rice.
Freshman (2008-09): Averaged 4.2 points and 2.3 rebounds. Playing in 34 of the team’s 34 games, starting 12 times, 11 of which came in the final 12 games of the season. Scored in double figures five times, including three games in a row against St. John’s, Wake Forest and Maryland. Scored a season-high 15 points against Maryland, to go along with six rebounds. Scored 14 points on 5-for-9 shooting against Florida State.
Strengths: Athletic left-handed combo guard with excellent athletic ability. Dynamic scorer with good shot creation abilities. Very good defender and hard-working player.
