Holds Butler’s single-season records for assists (172) and free throws made (196). Only player in school history to record 400 points, 200 rebounds and 100 assists in a single season (twice). Played his first two seasons at Towson before finishing up at Butler. Sat out the 2005-06 season under NCAA transfer rules.
Senior (2007-08): Horizon League Player of the Year. Earned All-Horizon League First Team and All-Defensive Team honors. Named Most Outstanding Player of the Horizon League Tournament. Honorable mention AP All-America and First Team Mid-Major All-America by CollegeHoopsNet.net and CollegeInsider.com. Received the Chip Hilton Award at the Final Four. Recipient of the Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award. Named to NABC and USBWA All-District teams. One of 16 finalists for Bob Cousy Award. Recorded 15 points, seven rebounds and five assists vs. Tennessee in NCAA Second Round. Matched career-highs with 24 points and 13 rebounds in Horizon League championship game. Named Most Outstanding Player of Great Alaska Shootout and earned Sporting News National Player of the Week honors for his performance.
Junior (2006-07): Horizon League Newcomer of the Year and All-Horizon second team. NABC All-District second team. Tied for second in the league in assists (4.00 apg). Recorded 12 points, six rebounds and three assists vs. Florida in Sweet 16. Recorded 14 points and 10 rebounds against Old Dominion in NCAA First Round. Scored 16 points in win over Gonzaga in NIT Season Tip-Off championship. Recorded seven rebounds and four steals vs. No. 22 Tennessee in Tip-Off semifinals. Recorded 19 points and a career-high 12 assists in win over Notre Dame.
Sophomore (2004-05): Led Towson in assists (4.31 apg) and finished second in scoring (11.9 ppg). Posted a season-high 23 points vs. George Mason. Dished out a season-high nine assists vs. Old Dominion.
Freshman (2003-04): Became first player in Towson history to start every game at point guard as a freshman and set school record for minutes played by a freshman (985). Ranked third in the Colonial Athletic Association in steals and fourth in assists.
Strengths: Athletic lead guard who likes to penetrate and attack the basket. Adept at drawing contact and getting to the free throw line. Extremely competitive and tough-minded.
Personal: One of nine men's basketball players named a 2006 Josten's Scholar Student-Athlete (3.25 GPA or higher).
