Career Highlights: UNC Greensboro’s all-time leader in scoring (2,187), rebounding (1,047) and blocks (349). A 2006-07 All America Honorable Mention selection by The Associated Press and the Southern Conference Player of the Year. A four-time All-SoCon First Team selection.
Senior (2007-08): Ranked second in the Southern Conference in scoring (19.2 ppg) and first in rebounding (9.1 rpg) and blocks (3.1 bpg). Placed sixth in the SoCon in field-goal percentage (.556) and third in steals per game (1.9 spg). Tallied 25 points and nine rebounds in a win at Georgia Tech. Totaled 16 points, 10 rebounds and tied his own school record with seven blocks against Furman. Broke his own school record for double-doubles, posting 14 in 2007-08.
Junior (2006-07): Became the first player in UNC Greensboro history to be tabbed SoCon player of the Year. Opened the season with a 38-point game at Marshall. Ranked 14th nationally in scoring, 28th in blocks and 33rd in rebounding. Scored 30 or more points five times. Posted 10 double-doubles.
Sophomore (2005-06): Ranked 38th nationally in scoring (19.3 ppg) and second in the Southern Conference. Ranked seventh nationally in blocks and sixth in field goal percentage. Set a school record for double-doubles in a season with 12. Recorded 13 games with 20 or more points, including a 20-point, five-rebound effort against Duke. Shot a whopping .695 from the field in regular season SoCon play.
Freshman (2004-05): The Southern Conference’s Freshman of the Year. Set school and conference records for blocks in a season (106), ranking fourth nationally. Scored in double figures in 24-of-30 games. Scored 20 or more points six times. Posted 11 double-doubles.
Strengths: Chiseled physique and tremendous length allow him to play bigger than his height. A solid athlete with a good overall feel for the game. A proficient rebounder and shot-blocker, with an improving offensive game.
