Grabbed a career-high 20 boards, to go along with 10 points, against Notre Dame in the Big East Tournament. Recorded double-doubles with 14 points and 12 rebounds vs. Wichita State, 17 points and 14 boards vs. Villanova, and 17 points and 10 rebounds at St. Johnís.
Junior (2005-06): SUís leading rebounder (7.6 rpg). Led the squad with 75 dunks, which accounted for 47 percent of his baskets. Recorded 19 points and 14 rebounds vs. Cornell. Selected the MVP of the 2K Sports Syracuse Regional. Contributed 12 points and 11 boards in SUís loss to Bucknell. Scored a career-high 21 points against Kent State. Recorded 11 points and 10 rebounds in the Big East opener against South Florida. Scored 12 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in loss to Seton Hall. Tallied 16 points and 10 rebounds against West Virginia on ESPNís Big Monday. Added 16 points in Big East Tournament games with Cincinnati and Connecticut.
Sophomore (2004-05): Moved into the starting lineup for the final seven games of the season, averaging 8.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.0 blocks during that span. Grabbed at least two rebounds in 28 of 33 games. Posted 13 points, eight rebounds and four blocks in win against Colgate. Scored all 16 of his points against Cornell in the second half. Tallied a season-high 20 points against Hofstra. Recorded his first double-double with 14 points and a season-best 10 rebounds vs. Providence. Of his 95 baskets, 47 were dunks.
Freshman (2003-04): Recorded season-bests of 12 points and five rebounds in victory against Binghamton. Equaled the rebounding total in SUís overtime win at Pittsburgh. Had a stretch of six consecutive games with a blocked shot.
Strengths: Quick leaper with a strong and athletic frame. Assertive and aggressive defender. Able to run the floor and fill lanes in transition.
Personal: He is the son of Wayne Johnson and Consuella Roberts. Selected to the 2005 USA Basketball Menís Under-21 National Team. Averaged 5.6 points and 4.4 rebounds in eight games and helped the U.S. to fifth place.
