Career Highlights: Earned First Team All-Pac-10 honors his sophomore and junior seasons. Also earned All-District honors from the NABC and USBWA both years. Finished collegiate career as USC’s sixth all-time leading scorer with 1,486 points.
Junior (2006-07): Ranked second in the Pac-10 in scoring (17.5 ppg), fifth in field goal percentage (.525) and tied for second in three-point field goal percentage (.440). Led team in scoring 20 times. Scored season-high 30 points and grabbed eight rebounds vs. Arizona. Tallied 26 points on 12-for-15 shooting vs. Wichita State. Posted 25 points vs. Washington and scored 26 points in the rematch. Registered 22 points and a season-high nine rebounds vs. Long Beach State. Led team with 26 points vs. Stanford in the first round of the Pac-10 Tournament. Recorded 22 points and seven rebounds in the second round of the NCAA Tournament vs. Texas. Scored 15 points vs. North Carolina in the Sweet Sixteen.
Sophomore (2005-06): Led team in scoring (17.3 ppg) and rebounding (6.6 rpg). Was one of only three players in the conference ranked in the top 10 in both scoring (fourth) and rebounding (sixth). Scored in double figures in all but one contest. Recorded four double-doubles. Posted career-highs of 33 points and 14 rebounds vs. Oregon State. Led team with 28 points and seven rebounds at Washington. Registered 32 points vs. Washington State. Notched first career double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds in the season opener vs. Cal State Northridge. Dished out a career-high six assists vs. Loyola Marymount. Tallied 25 points and eight rebounds vs. Eastern Washington in the Great Alaska Shootout on his way to All-Tournament honors.
Freshman (2004-05): Averaged 11.1 points and 4.1 rebounds. Scored in double figures 15 times. Posted season-high 22 points twice, at Arizona State and vs. UCLA. Tallied 21 points and seven rebounds at Oregon and scored 21 points on 9-for-14 shooting in the rematch. Registered 20 points and seven rebounds vs. Washington. Grabbed a season-high ten rebounds vs. Western Michigan.
Strengths: Excels in the mid-range game, able to shoot pull-ups or fadeaways. Shows terrific body control and separation ability. Also has a quick first step.
Personal: Favorite food is pizza. Names brothers John and “T” as his biggest sports heroes.
