Career Highlights: Earned Honorable Mention All-Pac-10 honors as a junior. Named All-District by the NABC as a sophomore. Currently ranks as the 27th all-time leading scorer in USC history with 1,102 points. Also ranks sixth in career steals (158) and fourth in three-point field goals made (179).
Junior (2006-07): Averaged 12.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists. Missed the first 11 games of the season due to academic issues. Posted 22 points and a season-high eight rebounds at Arizona State. Scored 16 points and dished out six assists at UCLA. Notched 17 points and a career-high-tying eight assists vs. Stanford in the first round of the Pac-10 Tournament. Registered a season-high 26 points on 7-for-9 shooting, including 6-for-7 from beyond three-point range vs. Washington State in the semifinals. Tallied 13 points and seven assists vs. North Carolina in the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament.
Sophomore (2005-06): Ranked second on the team in scoring (16.9 ppg, ranked fifth in the Pac-10), while averaging 4.0 rebounds and 3.1 assists. Placed second in the conference in steals (2.2 spg). Missed five games due to a tibial plateau fracture in his left knee. Scored 30 or more points three times. Posted a career-high 36 points on 13-for-19 shooting at Loyola Marymount. Sank six threes in scoring 30 points at Oregon. Registered a double-double of 17 points and a career-high 10 rebounds vs. BYU. Tallied 16 points, six rebounds, a season-high-tying six assists and four steals vs. North Carolina. Scored 25 points and grabbed a career-high seven steals vs. Arizona.
Freshman (2004-05): Led the team in scoring (12.3 ppg) and assists (3.2 apg, ranked 10th in the Pac-10). Paced the conference in steals (1.9 spg). Set a school record for three-point field goal percentage (.450). Scored 20 or more points three times. Set season-high of 23 points on 8-for-11 shooting vs. Stanford and matched that point total, hitting 7-for-11 from three-point range, in the rematch. Posted 21 points vs. Arizona. Tallied 12 points and a career-high eight assists vs. San Diego.
Strengths: Slender combo guard with good quickness and acceleration. Point guard skills continue to improve. Effective with the cross-over dribble to shake defenders. Shoots with range, but is streaky. Active defender who plays the passing lanes well.
Personal: Favorite food is French fries. Enjoys listening to the music of Lil Wayne, Eminem, Jay-Z and T.I.
