Career Highlights: Named First-Team All-Big East and to Philadelphia’s Big Five First Team in 2006-07. Named Second-Team All-Big East and First-Team All-Philadelphia Big Five in 2004-05. Named Third-Team All-Big East and the Philadelphia Big Five’s Most Improved Player in 2003-04. Sat out the 2005-06 season as a medical redshirt after having surgery to repair an ACL tear in his left knee.

Senior (2006-07): Started 29 of 32 games. Led Villanova in scoring (17.4 ppg) and rebounds (7.2 rpg), and was second on the team in blocks (28). Scored 20 or more points 12 times, including a season-high 31 in a loss to Drexel. Posted six double-doubles, and had a season-high 15 rebounds in a win over Syracuse. Had 25 points and five rebounds in a win over DePaul in the Big East Tournament and 19 points and eight rebounds in a first-round NCAA Tournament loss to Kentucky. Had a season-high three blocks twice and three or more steals eight times.

Junior (2004-05): Finished third on team in scoring (15.3 ppg). Scored 20 or more points seven times, with a season-high 26 in a win over Middle Tennessee State. Recorded four double-doubles and had a season-high 13 rebounds twice in wins over Penn and Providence. Shot .433 percent from three-point range and hit .805 percent of his free throws. Totaled 30 points and eight rebounds in two Big East Tournament games. Totaled 10 points and 18 rebounds in two NCAA Tournament games. Injured his left knee against Florida in a second-round NCAA Tournament game and did not return for Sweet Sixteen game against North Carolina.

Sophomore (2003-04): Finished second on team in scoring (14.3 ppg), while shooting a career-high 49 percent. Scored 20 or points six times, including a career-high 39 on 16-for-20 shooting in a win over Northeastern. Had three double-doubles, including two in a row in wins over Drexel and Virginia in the NIT. Had nine or more rebounds 12 times. Led the club in rebounding (7.1 rpg).

Freshman (2002-03): Averaged 6.2 points as a true freshman. Scored a season-high 23 points to go with seven rebounds in a loss to Siena and 21 points and three blocks in a win over Miami. Had 12 rebounds in a loss against Georgetown in the Big East Tournament.

Strengths: Solid inside/out forward. Likes to attack the basket and draw fouls, but is also comfortable shooting from the perimeter. Cerebral player at both ends of the floor.

Personal: Son of Leon and Priscilla Robinson. Has two siblings, Sean Gilmore and Nautica Sumpter.
