Career Highlights: Named Most Valuable Player of the 2006 Postseason NIT. Also earned All-Tournament honors at the 2006 SEC Tournament. Finished collegiate career as South Carolina’s eighth all-time leader in blocked shots with 112. Was a key member of South Carolina’s back-to-back postseason NIT title teams his sophomore and junior seasons. Started 40 of 104 career games played.
Junior (2005-06): Led the team in rebounding (6.3 rpg), while averaging 9.6 points and 1.3 blocked shots. Season total of 65 steals ranks as the fifth-best single season mark in school history. Registered five double-doubles. Exploded for career highs of 28 points and 16 rebounds vs. Alabama, shooting 11-for-15 from the field. Notched 16 points, eight rebounds and a career-high six assists vs. Marquette in the Great Alaska Shootout. Posted a double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds at Clemson. Recorded 16 points and seven rebounds vs. Tennessee in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament. Tallied 12 points, 11 rebounds and four steals vs. Florida in the SEC Tournament finals. Grabbed 13 rebounds at Florida State in the first round of the post-season NIT. Led team with 23 points and eight rebounds vs. Louisville in the NIT semi-finals. Collected 10 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks, and four steals vs. Michigan in the NIT title game.
Sophomore (2004-05): Averaged 5.4 points and 4.8 rebounds in 18.6 minutes a contest. Scored in double figures four times, with a season-high 17 points on 7-for-11 shooting vs. South Florida. Posted 15 points in consecutive games vs. Vanderbilt and at Florida. Registered nine points and 10 rebounds vs. Clemson. Recorded season highs of 16 rebounds and three blocks at Vanderbilt. Contributed six points off the bench vs. Maryland in the post-season NIT semi-finals.
Freshman (2003-04): Averaged 6.9 points and 4.6 rebounds in 18.2 minutes a contest. Led the team in blocked shots (43). Scored in double figures 12 times, with a season-high 15 points at The Citadel. Scored 12 points and grabbed a season-high nine rebounds vs. Charleston Southern. Registered 11 points on a perfect 5-for-5 shooting at Kentucky. Tallied 11 points vs. LSU in the SEC Tournament semi-finals.

Strengths: Has the ability to seemingly be all over the court at once. Combines sprinter-like speed with excellent leaping ability. Has a terrific nose for the ball, and can make plays in traffic.
