Career Highlights: Is the only player in NCAA Division I history to lead the nation in rebounding in three consecutive years. Earned First Team All-WAC honors his junior and senior seasons and was Second Team as a freshman. A finalist for the Oscar Robertson Award and a Wooden Award nominee as a junior. Currently ranks seventh on Louisiana Tech’s all-time scoring list with 1,701 points and second in rebounding with 1,172 boards. Has posted 67 career double-doubles.

Junior (2005-06): Averaged 19.6 points, 13.3 rebounds, 2.3 blocked shots and 1.9 steals. Ranked second in the league in scoring, blocks, steals and field goal percentage (.571). Set a WAC single season record by averaging 15.6 rebounds in conference games. Registered 26 double-doubles. Set a Thomas Assembly Center record by pulling down 28 rebounds vs. San Jose State, just five rebounds off the school’s single-game record of 33 boards. Scored a season-high 29 points and pulled down 14 rebounds in a win at Texas Tech. Matched his season-high with 29 points and added 18 rebounds at Fresno State. Registered 27 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks at Memphis. Posted 21 points and 11 rebounds at Alabama. Tallied 23 points and 18 rebounds vs. Hawaii and posted 20 points, 23 rebounds and five blocks in the rematch. Notched 25 points and six steals vs. Southern Illinois. Posted 19 points and nine rebounds vs. Clemson in the first round of the NIT.

Sophomore (2004-05): Averaged 20.4 points (fourth in the WAC), 12.4 rebounds and 1.9 blocked shots. Posted 21 double-doubles. Scored a career-high 31 points and gathered 18 rebounds at Auburn. Notched 19 points and pulled down 15 rebounds at Memphis. Tallied 30 points and 13 rebounds at Texas-San Antonio. Posted 25 points, 14 rebounds and four blocks at Tulane. Recorded 29 points and a season-high 25 rebounds at Boise State. Tallied 20 points, 16 rebounds and a season-high six blocks vs. UTEP. Registered 29 points and 14 rebounds vs. Tulsa. Scored 25 points and grabbed 17 boards vs. Fresno State in the WAC Tournament.

Freshman (2003-04): Averaged 15.6 points, 12.5 rebounds and league-leading 1.7 blocked shots. Registered 20 double-doubles. Scored 20 or more points eight times. Scored season-high 27 points on 11-for-14 shooting and pulled down 17 rebounds vs. Rice. Recorded 21 points and a season-high 21 rebounds at Nevada and 20 points and 20 rebounds in the rematch. Posted 19 points and 16 rebounds vs. Fresno State. Scored 16 points and grabbed 18 rebounds in a WAC Tournament win over San Jose State. Named WAC Freshman of the Year.

Strengths: Prolific rebounder who gives great effort and has a good nose for the ball. Long arms and good leaping ability allow him to play bigger than his listed height.

Personal: Majoring in general studies. Older brother, John, played at Texas-San Antonio, and younger brother Elijah recently signed to play at Louisiana-Lafayette.
