Finished out his college career at Indiana, after spending his first three seasons at Auburn. Sat out the 2004-05 season under NCAA transfer rules. Originally an early entry candidate for the 2004 NBA Draft before withdrawing his name from consideration.

Career Highlights: Named Honorable Mention All-America by The Associated Press as a senior. Only the 10th player in Auburn history to amass 1,000 points and 500 rebounds in only three seasons, finishing with 1,041 points and 523 rebounds. The 28th player to reach the 1,000-point mark.

Senior (2005-06): Led Indiana in scoring (17.1 ppg), rebounding (7.8 rpg), blocks (21) and field goal percentage (.542). Named Second Team All-Big Ten by the media and Third Team by the coaches. Named to Wooden Award Midseason All-America team as one of 30 finalists for the year end honor.

Junior (2003-04): Led the Tigers in scoring (13.7 ppg) and rebounding (6.9 rpg), while shooting 59 percent from the field to lead the SEC for the second straight season. Ranked 16th nationally in field goal percentage. Named Second Team All-SEC by the leagueís coaches and Third Team All-SEC by The Associated Press.

Sophomore (2002-03): Averaged 13.3 points and 6.4 rebounds, while shooting 55 percent from the field to lead the SEC. Averaged 9.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in three NCAA Tournament games. Led the team in scoring nine times and in rebounding on nine occasions. Scored in double figures 25 times.

Freshman (2001-02): Averaged 7.8 points and 4.2 rebounds. Shot a team-best 53 percent from the field. Scored in double figures nine times. Tallied 13 points and six rebounds against Kentucky. Received the teamís Hustle Award at the teamís awards banquet.

Strengths: Understands how to use his body to create space before turning to the basket and going up. Quick jumper who gets easy baskets hitting the offensive boards.

Personal: Son of John and Johnnie Hooks. Majoring in health and human performance.
