SportsNation Buzzmaster: (9:32 PM ET ) Cedric Simmons is here!

Mike (OH-IO): Were you surprised to be drafted as high as you were?

SportsNation Cedric Simmons: (9:33 PM ET ) No. When I first put my name in they said I would be a first rounder. I thought I could have gone a little higher.

dubbs: what are you looking forward to the most in your first year in the NBA?

SportsNation Cedric Simmons: (9:34 PM ET ) Just learning as much as I can from the players around me, improving my game each day at the highest level of basketball.

Jake (NY): What do you think it will be like playing in the city of New Orleans which is being re-built. Do you think you can be part of this re-bulding for both the city and the basketball team?

SportsNation Cedric Simmons: (9:36 PM ET ) I would love to give back to the community because without the fans there would be no basketball. Chris Paul put it best when he said we're playing for two cities, OKC and New Orleans.

Andrew: How long did it take you to decide to enter the draft or not?

SportsNation Cedric Simmons: (9:36 PM ET ) It didn't happen so fast. Me and my parents were undecided and there were a lot of uncertainties. It took us about three weeks.
