An early entry candidate for the 2005 NBA Draft. Originally an early entry candidate for the 2004 NBA Draft before withdrawing his name from consideration. Participated in the 2004 Chicago Pre-Draft Camp.

Career Highlights: Pro debut came in 2001 with KK Split, and has played for that club through this season. Has played for Croatia’s Under-16 (Cadet), Under-18 (Junior), Under-20 (Young Men) and Senior National Teams.

2004-05: Averaged 14.3 points and 6.0 rebounds in the Adriatic League for KK Split before disagreements with the club caused him to leave the team in the second half of the season.

2003-04: Averaged 11.4 points and 4.2 rebounds in the Adriatic League and 8.3 and 4.1 in ULEB Cup play with KK Split. Averaged 25.3 points and 8.5 rebounds in the 2004 European Championships for Under-20 Men Qualifying Round, scoring 38 vs. Portugal and finishing with 25 and 15 vs. Italy.

2002-03: Averaged 11.6 points and 6.6 rebounds in the FIBA Champions Cup and 10.9 and 5.7 in Adriatic League action. Averaged 16.9 points and 13.3 rebounds at the 2003 World Championships for Juniors.

2001-02: Played eight games with KK Split in the Adriatic League and five games in the FIBA Saporta Cup, averaging 2.9 and 2.2 points, respectively. Was also loaned to Plastik Solin to compete in the Croatian A-2 League. At the 2002 European Championships for Under-18 Men, averaged 15.8 points and 8.6 rebounds over eight games. Tallied 28 points and 13 rebounds vs. Latvia and 26 and 13 vs. Lithuania. In the Qualifying Round of the 2002 European Championships for Under-20 Men, averaged 7.0 points and 4.7 rebounds in three games.

2000-01: Averaged 3.1 points and 1.4 rebounds in 4.8 minutes per game in his first season with KK Split, in his lone season in the Croatian A-1 League. Also scored four points in two minutes in one Suproleague contest.
