An early entry candidate for the 2004 NBA Draft. Originally a candidate for the 2003 NBA Draft, but withdrew his name from consideration.

Career Highlights: Played sophomore season at Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, Fla., after starting career at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho. Averaged double figures in points and rebounds both seasons. Participated in the Chicago Pre-Draft camp in 2003.

Sophomore (2003-04): At Gulf Coast CC, averaged 17.6 points, 11.8 rebounds and 1.4 blocked shots, leading the team in all three categories. Scored 26 points against Daytona Beach CC. Recorded a double-double of 13 points and 15 rebounds at Shelton State (Ala.). Posted 21 points, including 19 points in the second half, at Pensacola JC. Notched 17 points and 14 rebounds in the rematch. Paced team with 22 points against Santa Fe (Fla.) CC. Earned First Team All-Panhandle Conference honors.

Freshman (2002-03): At College of Southern Idaho, averaged 14.6 points, 11.0 rebounds and 2.7 blocks. Led Scenic West Athletic Conference in rebounding, ranked second in blocks and fourth in field goal percentage. Also led league with 17 double-doubles. Paced team with 25 points and season-high 18 rebounds at Treasure Valley (Ore.) CC. Registered 25 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks against Northwest College.

High School: As a senior at Oak Hill Academy, averaged 14 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks. Was generally regarded as one of the top 50 high school players in the nation. Scored 10 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the 2002 EA Sports Roundball Classic in Chicago. Also attended the Winchendon School (Winchendon, Mass.), W. Deen Mohammed HS (Atlanta), Kalaheo HS (Kaiulua, Hawaii), and Redemption Christian Academy (Troy, N.Y.) after coming to the United States from his native Nigeria.

Strengths: Nice shooting touch for a big man and uses quick leaping ability to block shots.

Personal: Has five brothers and sisters. Favorite food is chicken and rice. Biggest adjustment to the U.S. was getting used to the food. Lists Kevin Garnett as his favorite sports hero. Played soccer growing up.
