Career Highlights: Won a silver medal at the 2001 World University Games in Beijing. Named to the China Basketball Association’s All-Rookie team in 2001-02. Member of 2003 CBA Championship team. Played with the China Junior National Team in 1998-99.

2003-04: Finished ninth in the CBA (China Basketball Association) in total rebounds (186) and blocks (19). Ranked seventh in total steals (52). Averaged 17.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.7 steals and 2.3 blocks in the CBA Finals.
