Named to the All-Tournament Team at the 2004 Portsmouth Invitational Tournament after averaging 16.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
Senior (2003-04): Finished second on the team in scoring (14.5 ppg), rebounding (6.1 rpg) and blocked shots (0.5 bpg). Finished second in the SEC in field-goal percentage (.581). In league play, led the conference with .622 field-goal percentage and finished ninth in scoring (15.1 ppg). Scored in double figures in 26 of UK’s 32 games.
Junior (2002-03): Played in 32 games as a junior, including 28 starts. Missed the first four games of the season after playing on two summer league teams, a violation of NCAA rules. Topped 60 percent shooting 13 times on the season.
Sophomore (2001-02): Played in 29 games, including one start. Compiled 36 assists and 19 turnovers as a sophomore to earn UK’s Best Assist-to-Turnover Ratio Award and finished the regular season ranked fourth in the SEC in that category.
Freshman (2000-01): Played in every game but the season opener. Scored in double figures seven times and led the Cats in scoring twice. Underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on Oct. 10 and began practicing Nov. 3. Received team’s Most Courageous Award for his successful return from injury.
Strengths: Solid all-around performer who earns points for hustle, defense and ability to make the correct play. Makes up for lack of explosion with smarts and creativity.
