An early entry candidate for the 2003 NBA Draft. One of the most promising young players in Europe.

Career Notes: Signed contract with Spanish League (ACB) powerhouse Real Madrid in 2000 and assigned to minor league teams by Real Madrid since then, with six games last season and five this season for the top-level team as he filled in for injured players. Previously played in Sweden’s second division before moving to Spain. He is a member of the Polish Junior National Team and previously a member of the Cadet Team. Played in the European Championships for Juniors in 2002.

(2002-03): Played briefly for Real Madrid this season but was sent on loan to Universidad Complutense of LEB1, which is the highest of the minor leagues in Spain. The move was made in order for him to receive more playing time. Made a huge impact on that level, averaging 18.6 points and 7.5 rebounds through 17 games. In four Euroleague appearances for Real Madrid, totaled 16 points and 11 rebounds in 38 minutes.

(2001-02): Played majority of the season for Real Madrid II in the EBA league, a lower developmental league in Spain. Put up dominant numbers, registering 17.4 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. Elevated to Real Madrid when injuries struck top team, and played a total of 40 minutes in six games. He totaled 10 points, six rebounds and two assists in 40 minutes. In three Euroleague contests for Real Madrid, totaled nine points and two rebounds in 22 minutes of play.

(2000-01): Played for Alvik’s second team in Stockholm, Sweden. Spent summer with Real Madrid’s summer league entry in Alcoi Summer League.

Strengths: An excellent athlete who runs the court like a small forward despite his size. Has a fine shooting touch and uses his athletic ability to get rebounds. Prefers to shoot facing the basket.
