Selected in the first round (20th overall) by the Boston Celtics, then was traded with Troy Bell to the Memphis Grizzlies for the draft rights to Marcus Banks and Kendrick Perkins

Three-point field goals: 2001-02, 12-for-52 (.231); 2002-03, 47-for-118 (.398). Totals: 59-for-170 (.347).

Career Highlights: Named Honorable Mention All-America by AP as a senior. Named All-Atlantic Coast Conference First Team as a senior and made All-ACC Defensive Team both seasons at Duke. Played final two seasons of collegiate career at Duke after starting career at Rutgers. Sat out 2000-01 season under NCAA transfer rules.

Senior (2002-03): Posted team-leading averages of 17.7 points (5th in ACC) and 5.5 rebounds. Posted 13 games of 20 or more points. Averaged 24.7 points in three NCAA Tournament games, including a career-high 28 points vs. Central Michigan. Led team with 23 points in the first round vs. Colorado State and notched 23 points and seven rebounds vs. Kansas in the Regional Semifinal. Scored game-high 25 points vs. Butler. Registered first Duke career double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds vs. Georgetown.

Junior (2001-02): In first season at Duke, served as teamís primary defensive stopper. Posted season-high 22 points and seven rebounds vs. Wake Forest. Tallied 19 points and five rebounds vs. St. Johnís. Scored 18 points on 8-for-11 shooting vs. Florida State. Led team with eight rebounds while scoring 16 points vs. Georgia Tech. Scored 10 points and grabbed four rebounds vs. North Carolina State in the ACC Tournament title contest.

Sophomore (1999-00): Led team and was seventh in the Big East in scoring. Recorded 20 or more points seven times, including a season-high 27 point performance vs. Princeton. Tallied 24 points and seven rebounds in ECAC Holiday Festival vs. Siena, earning All-Tournament honors.

Freshman (1998-99): Ranked fourth on the team in scoring and rebounding, and led squad in blocked shots. Twice earned Big East Rookie of the Week honors. Converted 40 of his last 41 free throw attempts. Named to the Big East All-Rookie Team.

Strengths: Electrifying leaper and energetic offensive rebounder. Made big improvement in perimeter game.

Personal: Majoring in Public Policy Studies with a markets and management studies certificate. Father Larry played basketball at St. Peterís College. Cousin of Indiana Pacers forward Al Harrington.
