Tulsa Returns to the Court Sunday at Fort Wayne

TULSA, Okla., March 9, 2012 The Tulsa 66ers (18-22), winners of two consecutive games, return to the hardwood this Sunday, March 11, on the road against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (11-28) at 4 p.m. CT inside the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

The weekend road game can be heard in Tulsa on KAKC 1300 AM and be viewed online via webcast at nba.com/futurecast.

The 66ers are coming off of a 94-87 home win over the Idaho Stampede on Wednesday afternoon in front of a sellout crowd at the Convention Center. The Mad Ants were defeated in their last contest against the Maine Red Claws by a 114-104 final on Thursday.

Tulsa and Fort Wayne have met three times this season, with the 66ers owning a 2-1 advantage. The Mad Ants were victorious in the last meeting, 94-82, in Tulsa on Jan. 28.

Three 66ers players are near the top in several NBA D-League statistical categories headed into the weekend. Marcus Lewis continues his impressive season leading the D-League in rebounding with 12.9 boards per contest. The forward has earned 26 double-doubles this season, the most in the league.

Brady Morningstar is third overall in the league in free throw percentage (.889) by connecting on 72-of-81 shots at the charity stripe through 40 games. Guard Jerome Dyson currently ranks ninth in the league with 17.8 points per outing.
