THUNDER SIGNS ROBERT VADEN OF THE TULSA 66ERS
Vaden, who was originally acquired by the Thunder from Charlotte on draft night 2009, has played the entire 2010-11 season with the Tulsa 66ers. Vaden averaged 10.4 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 45 regular season games with the 66ers. He also shot .392 (74/189) from behind that arc for the 66ers this season. Vaden averaged 14.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists in the 66ers two game sweep of the Texas Legends in the first round of the D-League playoffs.

The 6-5 University of Alabama-Birmingham product, posted averages of 17.6 points 4.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game during his senior year.
Vaden spent the 2009-10 season with Imola in the Italian second division.
The Tulsa 66ers have advanced to the semifinals of the 2011 D-League Playoffs and will take on the winner of the Iowa Energy-Utah Flash series.
