During the event, the Cherokee Heritage Center provided a pre-game activity for scouts in attendance. The Heritage Center informed the students on the Cherokee history and traditions, including how to construct traditional Cherokee pinch pots.
After making pots of their own, the students made their way to the court to take part in the ‘high-five tunnel’ before the 66ers game against the Maine Red Claws.
Cub Scout Packs in attendance included Pack 318, 66, 27 and 985. CLICK HERE to view photos from the event.
