66ers Fall to Charge

CANTON, Ohio, December 29, 2012 The Tulsa 66ers fell to the Canton Charge, 89-80, on Saturday at Canton Memorial Civic Center with Perry Jones scoring 16 points.

DeAndre Liggins, currently on assignment from the Oklahoma City Thunder, had three points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals and fellow assignee Daniel Orton scored seven points with four rebounds.

Chris Quinn scored 17 points with seven assists, five rebounds and two steals. Quinn, a five-year NBA veteran, has combined for 36 points and 14 assists in his first two games as a 66er. Rodney Bartholomew added 14 points and six boards.

The 66ers (8-5) forced 23 turnovers while surrendering just 11. Tulsa dished out 20 assists and recorded 12 steals.

Canton (8-8) was led by Samardo Samuels with 20 points and 11 rebounds.
