Frisco, TX (May 16, 2011) – The excitement of the NBA (and the Texas Legends) and the banking world come together as BBVA Compass NBA Team. Works. On Tour visits nine markets across the US from April through June. Fans of all ages will have the opportunity to shoot, slam, dribble and drive on two different custom basketball courts. Adults can showcase their talents and compete against friends in skills challenges and shooting contests on the BBVA Compass Center Court. For the smaller ballers there will be a specially designed court complete with junior sized hoops perfect for pint-sized slam dunks, three-pointers and jump shots.

NBA Legend & Team. Works. On Tour Ambassador Robert Horry will be on hand at various Tour stops to interact with fans, shoot hoops, sign autographs and offer tips to future and current NBA hopefuls. Additional NBA Legends will make appearances throughout the Tour as well.

Finally, knowledgeable BBVA Compass associates will be available at all the Tour stops to assist both current and new BBVA customers with creating a personalized financial “Game Plan for Tomorrow.”

Select Texas Legends players and celebrities will participate in events at the BBVA Compass Bank branch in Carrollton, located at 3640 North Josey Lane, Carrollton, TX. The event will be held from 12:00pm-4:00pm this Thursday, May 19th. They will also participate in the tour at the Taste of Addison location (Addison Circle Park, 4970 Addison Circle Drive) on Friday, May 20th from 6:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday, May 21st from 1:00pm-2:00pm, and Sunday, May 22nd from 1:00pm-2:00pm.
