Legends Announce Jersey Night with FEF
The Texas Legends, presented by Veracruz (visit Veracruz.mx), have partnered with Community National Title to create a unique jersey night opportunity for Frisco Education Foundation.
“This is an incredible opportunity for FEF to raise awareness in our community,” commented Frisco Education Foundation Director Allison Miller. “We are always looking for ways to make our foundation known outside of the schools themselves, and the Legends’ game will be a fun and unique way to spread the word.”
The Legends will wear customized jerseys celebrating Frisco Education Foundation and the work that they put into making a positive impact on the families and youth of our community. The jerseys will be uniquely branded with both the FEF and Community National Title logos as well as the Legends logo. Select jerseys will be available via a silent auction during the game, with all proceeds benefiting FEF and their efforts. As part of the evening’s festivities, select individuals from the organization will be recognized as “Legends of the Night.”
The Legends face the Rio Grande Valley Vipers at 7 pm on January 24. The game will be the fifth of an eight-game series between the two teams this season. The Vipers currently control the series three games to one, but the Legends are looking for a comeback. Texas recently acquired former-UNC standout PJ Hairston and Mavericks’ assignee Ricky Ledo. The Vipers stand at first place in the league with a 17-5 record.
Individuals interested in tickets to the game can contact their local schools, with all tickets purchased through the schools benefiting the Foundation or visit http://www.wepay.com/events/friscoisdnight
The game will be broadcast live on television—KTXD47—and radio—KVCE 1160am.
