Summer League Top Prospect Board

To qualify, a player must have played in the NBA D-League at some point in the the past two seasons or currently be on the NBA D-League Select Team at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. These rankings are only for players that have not yet established themselves on a specific NBA roster.

These rankings reflect games all Summer League games in Las Vegas.


GUARDS FORWARDS CENTERS
1. Brad Wanamaker - ATL
Had five points and three assists in his last Summer League action against Portland on Thursday. Had an overall strong showing in Vegas.
Malcolm Thomas - CHI
Had only four points and four rebounds on Sunday, but led the entire Summer League in rebounding and is the star of stars in terms on NBA D-League alums.
Keith Benson - ATL
Scored nine points (on 11 shots) and grabbed only two rebounds on Thursday. Solidified himself as top Center prospect with previous performances this week.
2. Josh Akognon - SAC
Did not play on Thursday in Sacramento's last Summer League game. Scored 58 points in 55 minutes of game play in Vegas.
Eric Dawson - SAS
Two points and three rebounds in nine minutes of action on Saturday. Had two double-doubles in Vegas.
Chris Daniels - DLS
After scoring 20 points and grabbing eight rebounds on Friday, was noticeably absent in zero-point, two-rebound performance on Saturday. Still improved his stock this week.
3. Jerry Smith - DLS
His shooting cooled as the week went on, but still finished with eight points and four rebounds on Saturday. Averaged 11.4 points in Vegas.
Andre Emmett - DLS
Shots weren't falling as he needed 13 shots to score nine points on Saturday. Averaged 11.6 points this week in overall strong showing.
Jarrid Famous - MIL
Had 13 points and eight rebounds to close out Summer League. Did not miss a shot (6-for-6 from the floor, 1-for-1 from FT line) on Sunday.
4. Stefhon Hannah - MIL
Ended Vegas on a strong note with 25 points in his last two games. Shot 6-of-9 and had 14 points on Sunday and added five assists.
Leo Lyons - DLS
Scored 11 points (4-for-9 shooting) and grabbed three rebounds in 27 minutes on Saturday. Averaged 11.6 points in five Vegas games.

5. Elijah Millsap - ATL
Had his best game of Summer League on Thursday. 11 points, four rebounds and three assists in 23 minutes.
DeShawn Sims - PHO
An efficient 13-point, five-rebound performance in 15 minutes on Saturday. Scored 53 points in five Vegas games.

6. Ben Uzoh - TOR
Scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds in only 18 minutes on Thursday. Averaged 6.6 points and 4.4 rebounds in Vegas.
Chris Wright - TOR
Scored 15 points (5-for-7 shooting) and added six rebounds in 28 minutes on Thursday. Averaged 9.5 points and 5.3 boards this week.
 
 
7. Jamar Smith - BOS
Went scoreless on 0-for-6 shooting on Sunday. Was averaging 12.6 ppg through four Vegas games. From Orlando to Vegas, improved his stock this summer.
Charles Garcia - PHO
Scored 12 points (3-for-4 FG, 6-for-9 FT) in 24 minutes on Saturday. Averaged 9.0 ppg in Vegas.
 
 
8. Justin Dentmon - DAL
Had Summer League highs of 16 points and seven rebounds on Saturday against San Antonio. Finished strong this week.
Edwin Ubiles - CHI
Scored two points in 10 minutes on Sunday. Had an up-and-down Summer League but show glimpses of his talent.
 
 
9. Mardy Collins - DLS
Scored a team-high 20 points on 7-for-10 shooting on Saturday. Hit two 3-pointers and finished as the Select Team's leading scorer (12.2 ppg)
D.J. Kennedy - CLE
Five points, six rebounds, three assists against New York in last Summer League action on Friday.
 
 
10. Mustapha Farrakhan - NYK
Averaged 9.6 points in 18 minutes per game in Vegas. Shot only 32.6 percent from the floor, but hit five of 10 from 3-point range.
Trey Gilder - MIA
Started and registered four points and three rebounds in 18 minutes on Saturday to close out his Summer League action.
