Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Enter to Win AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (AAA NCNU) $2500 Travel Voucher (“Contest”) is open to residents of the following counties in Northern Nevada: Carson, Churchill, Elko, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Nye, Pershing, Storey, Washoe and White Pine as well as the following counties in Northern California: Alpine, Amador, Douglas, El Dorado, Nevada, and Placer. Employees of the Reno Bighorns NBA Development League (“D-League”) Team (“Sponsor”), NBA Development League, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (including all D-League teams), divisions, officers, directors, managers, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies (“D-League Entities”), AAA NCNU and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

How To Participate:
One $2500 AAA NCNU will be drawn in a random drawing of entries at the final home game of the 2008/2009 Reno Bighorns basketball season on Saturday, 4-11-09. Need not be present to win. Enter with a AAA NCNU representative at home games when a AAA NCNU representative is present in the ticket lobby area of the arena; on line at http://www.nba.com/dleague/reno, or at any AAA NCNU Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Lake Tahoe, CA or Truckee, CA office.

All entrants must provide complete contact information (name, address (including zip code) phone number, and e-mail address) in order to be eligible to win. Reasonable efforts will be used to contact the winner. Entries are limited to one per person per event and will be accepted beginning 11-29-08 and ending on 4-11-09.

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, incomplete, illegible, late and/or misdirected entries; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of any means of entry.

Selection of Winner(s):
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing of all entries submitted between 11-29-08 and 4-11-08. The drawing will take place at the final home game of the Reno Bighorns 2008/2009 basketball season on 4-11-08. Winner need not be present during the contest to be eligible. Any judging decisions will be made by the Sponsor and will be final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Odds of winning may depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, e-mail address and household.

By entering this contest, participant agrees to hold the Sponsor, D-League Entities and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of this contest or the use of any prize won.

Prizes:
One $2500 AAA NCNU travel voucher to be redeemed toward travel booked through a Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Lake Tahoe or Truckee AAA office. The voucher can not be redeemed for cash.

Miscellaneous:
Selected contestant may be required to execute a General Release (including an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release) prior to participating in Contest.

No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value, may be allowed. Federal, state and local taxes, including but not limited to any applicable income or withholding taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1) disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or any other component of this contest, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules, 2) modify or cancel this contest should non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest and, in any such event, select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received by means other than entries received by Team, and 3) substitute another prize of equal or greater value.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the Sponsor and D-League Entities may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, city and/or state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.
