BACKGROUND

Played for the Furstenfeld Panthers and the Oberwat Gunners in Austria in 2002-03. Started 2001-02 season with Toros de Aragua in Venezuela and finished season with the Queen City Slamm in the XBA. Spent the 2000-01 season with AEK Larnaca in Cyprus. Appeared in two games with the Pennsylvania Valley Dawgs in the USBL in the summer of 2000, scoring one point. Played with the Oberwart Gunners in Austria in 2000-01, averaging 27.4 points. Appeared in the Austrian League All-Star Game and was named Player of the Year. Started professional career in 1998-99 in Korea with the SK Knights, averaging 11.7 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.

Finished four-year career 19th on Wake Forest’s all-time scoring leader chart with 1,274 points, ranked second with 248 three-point field goals made, seventh all-time with 356 assists, and ninth all-time with 130 steals. Was a part of 90 victories in 122 career games played, starting 91 times. Averaged 8.0 points and 5.0 assists in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament.

As a senior, averaged 12.7 points and 3.3 assists. Ranked second on the team in scoring and led team in assists. Ranked among the ACC leaders in free throw percentage (.805) and three-point percentage (.396). Led the team in scoring seven times. Posted career-high 28 points against North Carolina State. Tallied 24 points against Utah. Led team with 20 points against UNC-Wilmington in the first round of the NIT. Scored 15 points against Vanderbilt in the second round of the NIT.

As a junior, averaged 11.8 points and 3.0 assists. Ranked second on the team in scoring and assists, while leading the team in steals. Reached double-figure scoring in 19 games, including nine of the last 11 games of the season. Shot 6-for-8 from three-point range for 24 points at Georgia Tech. Posted 15 points against St. Mary’s in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Recorded 16 points against Stanford in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Earned Third Team All-ACC honors.

As a sophomore, averaged 11.9 points and 3.9 assists. Led team in assists and steals and ranked second in scoring. Was seventh in the ACC in three-point field goal percentage (.401). Scored in double figures 19 times and scored 20 or more points three times. Posted season-high 26 points against Georgia Tech. Scored 23 points at Florida State to go with seven rebounds and six assists. Named to ACC All-Tournament Team after 20 points against Clemson in the semi-finals and 15 points in the title win over Georgia Tech.

As a freshman, averaged 5.8 points and 1.6 assists. Started nine times. Scored 19 points against Maryland. Scored 26 points and dished out seven assists in three ACC Tournament games.
