Has played in the CBA, IBL, and Belgium. Played for the Yakima Sun Kings in the CBA in 2000-01, averaging 5.0 points and 5.4 rebounds in 17 games. Played with the Las Vegas Silver Bandits of the IBL in 1999-00, averaging 7.3 points and 4.9 rebounds in 10 games. Saw action in six games with Aalst in Belgium in 1997-98, averaging 9.2 points and 5.8 rebounds.
Finished collegiate career as Rice’s all-time leader in blocked shots with 79. Registered 14 career double-doubles. Was a two-time all-conference selection, Second Team All-WAC in 1997 and Second Team All-SWC in 1996.
As a senior, averaged 16.9 points and 7.8 rebounds. Started 22 of 26 games. Led team in scoring in 15 games. Notched seven double-doubles on the season. Recorded season-high 33 points at SMU on Feb. 14. Scored 19 points and grabbed career-high 20 rebounds against Southern on Jan. 29. Had back-to-back 31 point games at Vanderbilt (Dec. 9) and against Dartmouth (Dec. 21).
As a sophomore, averaged 13.4 points and 6.0 rebounds. Missed first half of the season with a knee injury, appearing in only 15 games. Started the last nine games of the season, scoring in double figures the last eight. Led team in scoring four times. Notched a double-double with a season-high 23 points and 10 rebounds against Texas A&M on Feb. 15. Matched season-high with 23 points to go with nine rebounds against Texas on Mar. 4.
As a freshman, averaged 4.6 points and 3.0 rebounds in 12.3 minutes a game. Started five times. Scored season-high 15 points against Nevada on Nov. 28. Registered 13 points and season-high eight rebounds against Colorado State on Dec. 18. Had 11 points and seven rebounds against Texas in the SWC Tournament on Mar. 11.
