BACKGROUND

Pro Career Highlights: Played with the Fayetteville Patriots, Roanoke Dazzle, and Florida Flame in the NBA Development League in 2004-05. Started the season in Fayetteville, averaging 5.1 points and 4.1 rebounds in ten games before being traded to Roanoke. Played in 14 games for Roanoke, averaging 2.0 points and 3.4 rebounds before moving to Florida. Played in a total of 44 games, averaging 3.3 points and 3.5 rebounds. Selected by Fayetteville in the seventh round (#39 pick overall) of the 2004 D-League Draft. Participated in training camp with the New Orleans Hornets in the fall of 2004. Played in the 2004 Portsmouth Invitational.

Senior (2003-04): Averaged 13.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 1.2 blocked shots. Started 32 of 33 games. Ranked second nationally in field goal percentage (.663). Posted seven double-doubles, including a career-high 27 point, ten rebound performance against Prairie View A&M. Tallied 18 points, career-high 13 rebounds, and five blocked shots against IUPUI. Junior (2002-03): Averaged 10.0 points and 5.3 rebounds. Started all 30 games. Scored in double figures 17 times. Recorded only double-double of the year with season-high 20 points and 11 rebounds against Temple in title game of the Atlantic-10 Tournament. Registered 17 points, six rebounds, and four blocks against Xavier. Tallied 15 points and eight rebounds at Miami (OH). Blocked season-high five shots in season opener against Delaware State. Scored 12 points against Tulsa in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Opened season with a 13 point, ten rebound performance against Toledo. Pulled down team-high 12 rebounds at Cincinnati. Set season-high with 17 points at Duquesne. Matched season-high with 17 points on 8-for-10 shooting against Rhode Island in the A-10 Tournament. Tallied 12 points, 12 rebounds, and career-high six blocks against St. Joseph's in the A-10 Tournament.
