Pro Career Highlights: Played for the Columbus Riverdragons in the NBA Development League in 2004-05, averaging 13.0 points and 6.4 rebounds. Started 40 of 41 games. Earned Honorable Mention All-D-League honors. Selected by Columbus in the 5th round (#25 pick overall) of the 2004 NBA D-League Draft.
College Highlights:
Finished career as Marquette's all-time leader in games played with 126. Is the
only player in school history to record over 1,000 points, 600 rebounds, 100 assists,
and 100 blocked shots for his career. Ranks fifth all-time in blocked shots (113),
13th in rebounds (687), and 30th in scoring (1,049 points). Posted 20 career double-doubles.
Senior (2003-04): Averaged 11.2 points and a team-leading 7.1 rebounds
(ninth in Conference USA). Started 30 of 31 games. Posted 21 double-digit scoring
efforts and had nine games with double-digits in rebounds. Scored season-high
18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds against Notre Dame. Recorded 17 points and a
career-high 15 rebounds against South Florida. Registered 16 points and ten rebounds
against Valparaiso in the title game of the Pepsi Blue and Gold Classic, earning
all-tournament honors.
Junior (2002-03): Averaged 10.1 points
and 6.6 rebounds. Started all 33 games. Posted five double-doubles. Recorded 17
points and 12 rebounds against Appalachian State. Tallied 14 points and 11 rebounds
at St. Louis. Scored season-high 18 points on 8-for-10 shooting and grabbed seven
rebounds against Missouri in the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament. Added 17
points against Pittsburgh in the Elite Eight. Registered a double-double of 12
points and 11 rebounds against Kansas in the Final Four.
Sophomore
(2001-02): Averaged 5.9 points and 4.4 rebounds in 20.1 minutes a contest.
Started 20 of 33 games. Scored in double figures five times, with a career-high
22 points on 8-for-12 shooting against Morris Brown in his first career start.
Recorded a double-double of 15 points and 13 rebounds against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
Tallied ten points and a team-high eight rebounds against Cincinnati.
Freshman
(2000-01): Averaged 6.0 points and 3.6 rebounds in 18.1 minutes a contest.
Led team in blocked shots. Posted first double-double of career with 11 points
