BACKGROUND
Played in the USBL in the summer of 2003 with the Pennsylvania Valley Dawgs. Appeared in two games and did not score. Selected by the Huntsville Flight in the seventh round (#33 pick overall) of the 2002 NBDL Draft. Participated in the Orlando Summer Professional League with the Detroit Pistons in 2002. Signed with the Harlem Globetrotters in the fall of 2002.

Early entry candidate for the 2002 NBA Draft. Also originally declared for the 2001 NBA Draft, but withdrew his name from consideration before the draft. Played part of one season at Eastern Oklahoma State Junior College in Wilburton, OK.

As a freshman in 2000-01, averaged 2.2 points and 2.3 rebounds in limited action. Shot .667 from the field on 18-for-27 shooting. Became eligible to play the second semester of the season, after obtaining his GED in the fall. Withdrew from school after the season to pursue a professional career.

Was considered a Top 250 recruit in high school at both Freeport HS in Long Island, NY and Winchendon Prep School in Massachusetts.
