BACKGROUND

Pro Career Highlights: Played with the Florida Flame in the NBA Development League in 2004-05, averaging 6.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 4.7 assists in 45 games. Started 19 times. Selected by Florida in the third round (#18 pick overall) of the 2004 D-League Draft. Originally an early entry candidate for the 2003 NBA Draft, but withdrew his name from consideration.

College Highlights: Finished collegiate career as Washington State's fifth all-time leading scorer with 1,458 points. Also ranks second in assist average (4.1 apg), third in steals (168), fifth in three-point field goals made (152), and fifth in minutes played (3,410). Is one of only 11 players in Pac-10 history with 1,400 points, 400 assists, and 160 steals.

Senior (2003-04): Averaged a team-high 13.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. Started all 29 games. Scored season-high 29 points on 12-for-19 shooting against Arizona. Recorded 21 points and five assists at Arizona State. Tallied 22 points, five rebounds, and five assists against Idaho. Scored 17 points and dished out season-high seven assists at Montana. Registered 15 points and six assists at Stanford. Named Honorable Mention Pac-10.

Junior (2002-03): Averaged 18.2 points (fifth in the Pac-10), 5.4 rebounds, and 4.7 assists (fourth). Started 16 of 18 games. Missed nine games after undergoing surgery to remove bone spurs from his right ankle. Erupted for career-high 42 points, shooting 9-for-15 from behind the three-point line against Gonzaga. Recorded 35 points against San Jose State. Posted two double-doubles, including a 22 point, 11 rebound performance against Fresno State.

Sophomore (2001-02): Averaged a team-high 16.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 4.9 assists. Started all 27 games. Scored in double figures 21 times, including 11 games in a row between Jan. 19 and Feb. 27. Recorded 30 or more points three times, with a season-high 35 points against Oregon. Registered 34 points in the rematch. Tallied 26 points and ten assists against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Set a school record by making all 16 free throw attempts against Arizona State. Earned Honorable Mention Pac-10.

Freshman (2000-01): Averaged 10.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists. Started 25 of 28 games. Scored in double figures 13 times. Posted season-high 25 points and set a school freshman record with six steals against Montana. Scored 18 points and grabbed ten rebounds against Washington.

Personal: Grew up minutes from the Great Western Forum and lists the Los Angeles Lakers as his favorite NBA team and Magic Johnson as his favorite player. Was a high school teammate of Chicago Bulls forward Tyson Chandler
