Has played overseas in Italy. Also spent time in the USBL.

Played the last two seasons of collegiate ball at Providence after three semesters at Florida State. An early entry candidate for the 2000 NBA Draft, he withdrew his name from consideration prior to the draft. Transferred for the second semester of the 1998-99 school year, then sat out until becoming eligible to play on December 21, 1999. At the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, averaged 7.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and one blocked shot per game.

As a senior, averaged 8.9 ppg and 7.4 rpg and led the team in blocks with 66 (2.4 bpg).Was tied for third in Big East play with 36 blocks in 16 games…Tied his career high with 10 blocks vs. Rhode Island on Dec. 2. Recorded his first double-double (14 points, 13 rebounds) of the season vs. George Washington…Was 7-for-7 from the floor and scored 17 points vs. Pittsburgh…Had 11 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks vs. Miami. Recorded a Big East career-high 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds vs. Georgetown…Scored 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds vs. Rutgers…Scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds vs. Penn State in opening round of 2001 NCAA Tournament.

As a junior at Providence, was eligible to play in 21 of the team's 30 games after transfer rules allowed him to start playing in December…Averaged 10.4 ppg, 8.2 rpg and 2.6 bpg, the fifth-best single season average in Providence history…Blocked 54 shots in 21 games…Made a big impact in his first game vs. Arkansas, scoring 18 points, grabbing nine rebounds and blocking three shots…Four days later, had rare triple-double involving blocks when he tallied a season-high 25 points, 15 rebounds and 10 blocked shots vs. Long Island University…Joined former PC stars Marvin Barnes, James Hadnot and Bob Cooper as the only players in school history with 10 blocked shots in a game…Scored 15 points and grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds vs. Boston College.
