BACKGROUND
Pro Career Highlights: Participated in the 2005 Reebok Vegas Summer League with the Los Angeles Clippers. Originally an early entry candidate for the 2004 NBA Draft before withdrawing his name from consideration.
College Highlights: Earned NABC Division II All-District First Team, Daktronics Division II All-Region Second Team, and All-CIAA honors as a senior. An early entry candidate for the 2004 NBA Draft before withdrawing his name from consideration. Started collegiate career at East Carolina before transferring to North Carolina Central.
Senior (2004-05): Averaged 19.4 points (2nd in the CIAA) and 8.8 rebounds (3rd). Also ranked third in the CIAA in steals (2.1 spg) and sixth in blocked shots (1.3 bpg). Started all 28 games. Registered 11 double-doubles. Scored a career-high 32 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the season opener vs. St. Paul's. Tallied 19 points and a career-high 16 rebounds at St. Augustine's.
