BACKGROUND
Played two seasons at Southwest Texas (now called Texas State University at San Marcos) after walking on to the program. Attended Southwest Texas as a regular student for three years before joining the team prior to the 2001-02 season.

As a senior, averaged 2.2 points and 2.4 rebounds in 9.8 minutes a contest. Ranked third on the team in blocked shots despite limited playing time. Posted career-high nine points and grabbed six rebounds against Louisiana-Monroe. Scored six points and grabbed career-high eight rebounds against Hardin-Simmons. Registered six points against Texas-San Antonio. Grabbed five rebounds on four separate occasions. Blocked season-high three shots against Southeastern Louisiana.

As a junior, averaged 1.0 points and 1.0 rebounds in 2.3 minutes a contest. Appeared in three games. Scored all three points and grabbed all three rebounds against Schreiner College in the season opener. Blocked one shot at Houston and in final appearance of the season against Nicholls State.
