BACKGROUND

Has played internationally in the Dominican Republic, Finland, Iceland, and Venezuela. Has played stateside in the ABA, IBA, and USBL. Played with the Kansas City Knights of the ABA in 2001-02, averaging 8.9 points and 6.7 rebounds in 28 games. Spent the summer of 2001 playing with the Oklahoma Storm of the USBL, averaging 7.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in 12 games. Played with the Des Moines Dragons of the IBA in 2000-01, averaging 14.6 points and 12.0 rebounds in 40 games. Led the league in rebounding and was named First Team All-IBA. Also appeared in two games with the San Diego Wildfire of the ABA in 2001-02, averaging 14.0 points and 8.5 rebounds.

Played final two seasons of collegiate career at Pacific. Started career at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA. Played in 56 career games, starting 41 times. Finished career ranked fifth on Pacific’s career field goal percentage list (.505).

As a senior, averaged 16.7 points and 7.2 rebounds. Started all 27 games, the only Pacific player to do so. Led team in scoring and rebounding, ranking in the top six of the Big West in both categories. Scored in double figures 21 times, with ten games with 20 or more points. Led team in scoring 13 times and was the team’s high rebounder in 14 games. Recorded career-high 31 points in final game in a Pacific uniform against New Mexico State in the first round of the Big West Tournament on Mar. 4. Grabbed career-high 17 rebounds against Chico State on Nov. 20. Earned First Team All-Big West Conference honors.

As a junior, averaged 8.7 points and 5.1 rebounds. Started 14 of 29 games. Finished as the team’s third leading scorer. Tallied double-figures in points 11 times. Scored season-high 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds at Santa Clara on Nov. 25. Recorded 14 points and nine rebounds against St. Mary’s (CA) on Dec. 11. Led team in rebounding with eight boards against Butler in the Big Island Tournament on Nov. 29. Played alongside future NBA Draft #1 overall pick Michael Olowokandi on a team that finished 23-10 and reached the NIT.

As a sophomore at Diablo Valley, averaged 20.1 points and 8.7 rebounds. Was named Northern California Player of the Year. Helped lead team to a 32-6 overall record and an appearance in the state tournament semi-finals. Had season highs of 33 points and 16 rebounds.

As a freshman, averaged 10 points and seven rebounds a game. Earned All-Conference honors and helped lead team to a 25-8 overall record.
