Averaged 8.1 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 25 games. Started 2000-01 season with the Salina Rattlers of the IBA. Appeared in three games, averaging 4.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists. Was released and hooked on with the Grand Rapids Hoops of the CBA, averaging 3.2 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in five games. Participated in training camp with the Grand Rapids Hoops in 1999 before being released. Played in 104 games at Cleveland State, starting 81 times. An all-around player who is one of only two players in school history to register 750 points, 400 rebounds, 200 assists, and 100 steals in a career. Finished his career ranked among the school’s career top ten in games started, minutes played, free throws made, and assists. As a senior, averaged 8.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.6 assists. Started 21 of the 22 games he appeared in, missing the first five games of the season due to academics. Ranked second on the team in rebounding and assists, while ranking fifth in scoring. Placed second in the conference in steals. Scored in double figures in 10 games. Led team in rebounding eight times. Recorded season-high 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds against Detroit on Jan. 23. Notched a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds against Wright State. Made the MCC All-Defensive Team. As a junior, averaged 11.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.9 assists. Started 24 of 26 games. Led the team in rebounding and finished second in scoring. Also led the team in steals. Led team in scoring in 11 games. Scored career-high 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the season opener against Iona on Nov. 25. Earned MCC Player of the Week honors for his performance. Grabbed season-high 12 rebounds against Toledo on Dec. 23. Had three double-doubles. As a sophomore, averaged 5.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in 24.4 minutes a game. Was one of only two players on the team to play in all 27 games. Started 16 times. Scored season-high 13 points twice, against Hillsdale on Nov. 26 and at Michigan State on Dec. 12. Dished out season-high seven assists against IUP-Fort Wayne on Dec. 3. and against Loyola (IL) on Feb. 22. Grabbed 10 rebounds against La Salle on Feb. 16. As a freshman, averaged 4.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 23.6 minutes a game. Started 20 of 29 games. Scored season-high 13 points against Eastern Illinois on Feb. 14. Grabbed career-high 12 rebounds at Illinois-Chicago on Jan. 24. Had career-high eight assists at Western Illinois on Feb. 19. Was named team’s Most Improved Player.
