BACKGROUND

Played for the Oklahoma Storm in the USBL in 2002, averaging 7.4 points and 3.9 rebounds in 16 games.

Played final two seasons of collegiate career at Oklahoma, after playing his first two seasons at Carl Albert Junior College. Named to Big 12 All-Reserve Team as a senior.

As a senior, averaged 6.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 23.4 minutes a game. Played in all 36 games and started three times. Averaged 8.2 points and 7.2 rebounds in five games in the NCAA Tournament, as Oklahoma reached the Final Four. Scored career high 18 points twice, against Eastern Illinois (Dec 18) and Texas A&M (Jan 5), and reached career high of 13 rebounds against Arkansas (Nov 30). Recorded multiple steals in 18 games, and at least three steals in nine. Ranked third on the team with 20 blocks.

As a junior, came off the bench for all but two games. Averaged 6.9 points and led the team with 5.2 rebounds a game. Scored in double figures 11 times. Recorded 13 points and 11 rebounds against Arkansas, 12 points and 12 rebounds against Texas Tech, and 11 points and 10 rebounds against Missouri in the Big 12 tournament. Scored 29 points over three games in the Big 12 tournament, shooting 13-of-22 from the field while playing 26.7 minutes a contest.

As a sophomore at Carl Albert, named NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Year, earning first team NJCAA All-American honors. Averaged 22.9 points, 12.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 4.7 steals, leading team to a 23-7 record and a first place region finish.

As a freshman at Carl Albert, averaged 17.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.1 steals.
