BACKGROUND
Participated in training camp with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2002. Played with Philadelphia in 2001-02, averaging 1.4 points in 17 games. Had a career high eight points at Indiana on Apr. 17. Played career-high 18 minutes against Memphis on Dec. 8, grabbing two rebounds. Drafted by Philadelphia in the 2nd round (#37 pick overall) of the 2001 NBA Draft.

Finished collegiate career as the 30th all-time scorer in Syracuse history with 1230 points. Earned Second Team All-Big East honors as a senior. Played in 113 career games, starting 91 times.

As a senior, averaged 16.4 points and 8.8 rebounds. Started all 34 games. Led team in rebounding and ranked second in scoring. Scored in double figures in 30 games. Recorded 16 double-doubles. Named MVP of the Carrier Classic after scoring 26 points and grabbing 11 rebounds in the championship game against Virginia Tech on Dec. 2.
