BACKGROUND Played in for Braunschweig in Germany in 2003-04, averaging 7.5 points and 2.6 rebounds in 21 games. Spent the 2002-03 season with the Idaho Stampede in the CBA, averaging 11.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 47 games. College Highlights: Named Honorable Mention All-ACC as a senior. Finished
collegiate career at Maryland after playing first two seasons at Tulane. Sat
out the 1999-2000 season at Maryland under NCAA Transfer Rules. Scored a total
of 1,473 career points at the NCAA Division I level. Named to the All-Consolation
Team at the 2002 Portsmouth Invitational Tournament after averaging 22.0 points
and 7.5 rebounds. Junior (2000-01): Averaged 9.6 points and 4.0 rebounds in 22.7 minutes
a contest. Started 30 of 36 games. Exploded for season-high 28 points against
Maryland-Eastern Shore. Recorded first career double-double with 13 points and
a career-high 12 rebounds against Duke. Shared team lead with 22 points against
George Mason in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
