Participated in the Orlando Summer League with the Detroit Pistons in 2002. Has played in the NBA with the San Antonio Spurs in 1998-99 (3 games, 0.7 points) and the Golden State Warriors in 1997-98 (9 games, 4.1 points). Also was signed by the New York Knicks to a 10-day contract in 1999-00, but did not appear in a game. NBA career highs are 11 points and four rebounds, both set during his time with the Warriors. Earned an NBA championship ring as a member of the 1999 NBA World Champion Spurs.
Has also played in the ABA and CBA, and overseas in France, Greece, and the Philippines. Spent 2001-02 season with the Southern California Surf in the ABA, averaging 18.6 points and 5.7 rebounds in 37 games. Started 2000-01 season with the Rockford Lightning in the CBA, averaging 17.7 points and 5.4 rebounds before moving on to Charlon-Sur-Salone in France for six games. Played with the La Crosse Bobcats in the CBA from 1997-98 to 1999-00 between stints in the NBA. Made All-CBA Second Team in 1997-98 and 1999-00. Played briefly with AEK Athens in Greece in 1998-99. Spent 1996-97 season with Le Havre in the French ProB League.
Finished collegiate career at Davidson as the ninth all-time leading scorer with 1505 points. Also ranks fifth all-time in three-point field goals made with 131. Was a First Team All-Southern Conference and Honorable Mention All-American performer his last two seasons. As a senior, averaged 18.2 points and 6.0 rebounds, helping lead team to a 25-5 record and an appearance in the post-season NIT. As a junior, averaged 14.2 points and 5.2 rebounds, leading the team in scoring. As a sophomore, averaged 14.4 points and 6.3 rebounds for a team that finished 22-8 and reached the NIT. As a freshman, averaged 6.7 points and 3.5 rebounds in a reserve role.
