BACKGROUND
Pro Career Highlights: Played for the Huntsville Flight in the NBA Development League in 2004-05, averaging 10.3 points and 2.5 rebounds. Started 19 of 48 games played. Selected by Huntsville in the 2nd round (#10 pick overall) of the 2004 NBA D-League Draft.
Career Highlights: Earned Division II First Team
All-American honors from Basketball Times as a senior and All-West Region Team
honors from the NABC and Daktronics his final three years in school. Named Great
Northwest Athletic Conference Male Athlete of the Year in 2003-04 and was a three-time
First Team All-Conference selection. Finished collegiate career as the all-time
leading scorer in Humboldt State and GNAC history with 2,502 career points, also
ranking in the GNAC all-time top ten in rebounding (fifth with 705), three-point
field goals made (fourth with 193), and steals (seventh with 125). Led team in
scoring all four years.
Senior (2003-04): Averaged 21.4
points (ranked 20th nationally) and 5.2 rebounds. Started all 34 games. Scored
season-high 30 points three times, against Southern Oregon in the season opener,
at Montana State-Billings, and in the Elite Eight round of the Division II NCAA
Tournament against Alaska-Fairbanks, where he also grabbed a season-high 14 rebounds.
Posted a double-double of 18 points and ten rebounds in the regular season at
Alaska-Fairbanks. Sank 8-for-10 from behind three-point range in scoring 26 points
against Cal Poly Pomona in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament. Led team with
27 points in NCAA Tournament title game loss to Kennesaw State.
Junior
(2002-03): Averaged 22.5 points (ranked 15th nationally) and 5.0 rebounds. Started
all 29 games. Recorded career-high 46 points including 18-for-19 shooting from
the free throw line while grabbing ten rebounds at Seattle Pacific. Scored 29
points and grabbed 13 rebounds at Central Washington. Registered 32 points on
10-for-13 shooting at St. Martin's. Named Division II First Team All-West Region
by the NABC and Daktronics.
Sophomore (2001-02): Averaged 22.1
points (ranked tenth nationally) and 6.7 rebounds. Started all 29 games. Recorded
season-high of 29 points including 16-for-17 free throw shooting at Northwest
Nazarene. Scored 33 points against BYU-Hawaii in the Hamilton Classic. Tallied
31 points and 14 rebounds against Central Washington.
Freshman
(2000-01): Averaged 17.1 points and 6.8 rebounds. Started 27 of 28 games. Scored
season-high 31 points against Chaminade. Posted a double-double of 24 points and
16 rebounds at Seattle Pacific.
